New Logo for Health Care District of Palm Beach County

This is a poster (to be printed 18″ x 24″) that I created to hang in A. H. Fisher Diamonds newly remodeled store in Red Bank, New Jersey. Claimlink is the service that replaces lost and stolen jewelry through insurance companies.

Personal Health Plan logo design
A new logo will soon be in use for the Personal Health Plan program that is administered through the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. The logo was designed and refined over several months with input from members of the Health Care District Managed Care team.
